1.Introduction and who operates Intervable
Intervable is an AI-powered platform that helps candidates practice job interviews, generate ATS-optimized CVs, and connect with hiring companies through an anonymized talent marketplace. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of intervable.com and any related services (collectively, the "Service").
The Service is currently operated by Rokas Kursevičius, a natural person based in Lithuania, contactable at support@intervable.com. Intervable is not yet incorporated; when a legal entity is registered, these Terms will be updated with its details and that entity will assume the operator's rights and obligations.
By joining the waitlist, creating an account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2.Pre-launch status and the waitlist
Intervable is in pre-launch. Today the public site offers only a waitlist: you submit your email, confirm it via the link we send, and we notify you when the Service opens. Features described on this site are planned, not promised — they may change, be delayed, or be dropped.
Joining the waitlist creates no contract to provide the Service, no reserved place, and no payment obligation. You can leave the waitlist at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to support@intervable.com. How we handle your email is described in our Privacy Policy.
3.User accounts
Accounts are intended for people aged 16 or over. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian permits you to use the Service.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@intervable.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that share credentials, use stolen identities, or breach these Terms.
4.Candidate terms
As a candidate, you may use Intervable to run mock interview sessions, receive AI-generated feedback, generate CVs and cover letters, and opt in to a pool where verified businesses can discover your anonymized profile. Your identity is never shown to an employer unless you choose to reveal it.
You retain ownership of the content you submit (resumes, answers, profile information). You grant Intervable a limited, revocable licence to process this content solely to deliver the Service.
You agree not to misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or experience. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
5.Employer terms
Employers may post genuine job openings and search the candidate pool to send contact requests. Job postings must describe a real, open role at a real, legally registered company. Posting fake roles to harvest data is a material breach of these Terms.
Contact candidates only through Intervable's messaging tools and only about the role they were matched to. Spam, harassment, off-platform recruitment for unrelated opportunities, discriminatory selection, or reuse of candidate data for marketing is prohibited and grounds for termination.
When you process candidate personal data obtained through Intervable, you act as an independent data controller and are responsible for complying with the GDPR in your own right.
6.AI and data usage
Intervable uses AI models to evaluate interview answers, generate written feedback, and produce CVs and cover letters. AI output may contain inaccuracies — always review generated content before relying on it. AI scoring does not by itself make any decision with legal effect about you.
We store your interview answers, scores, and generated content so you can review progress over time. Separately and optionally, you may consent to your anonymized interview data being used to improve our models; you can withdraw that consent at any time in Settings.
7.Paid plans and consumer withdrawal right
No payments are collected while Intervable is in pre-launch. When paid plans launch, prices, billing periods and included limits will be shown before you confirm any purchase, and these Terms will be updated accordingly.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. By asking us to start providing digital content or services immediately during that period, you acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right once performance has fully begun, as permitted by Directive 2011/83/EU and the Lithuanian Civil Code.
8.Intellectual property
You own the CVs, cover letters, and other materials generated for you, and may use them for any lawful purpose, including job applications.
Intervable owns the Service itself, including the platform, brand, software, AI prompts, scoring rubrics, and underlying models. You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the Service.
9.Prohibited uses
You may not, and may not allow others to:
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users;
- Post fake companies or jobs, or impersonate other people or companies;
- Submit someone else's email address to the waitlist without their permission;
- Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract candidate or company data;
- Upload malicious code or attempt to bypass security or rate limits;
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.
10.Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or risk to other users. You may close your account, or leave the waitlist, at any time. We delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by law.
11.Liability disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Intervable does not guarantee that AI feedback will be accurate, that the Service will launch on any particular date, that you will receive job offers, or that any candidate match will result in a hire.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intervable is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
12.Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and applicable European Union law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania, except where consumer protection law lets you bring proceedings in your country of residence.
Consumers in Lithuania may also contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lt) or use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
13.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product develops. Material changes will be announced by email to registered users and confirmed waitlist subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect, unless a change is required by law sooner. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
